Adventures for Life sponsors and have taken many trips over the years. The trips highlighted below, have excellent information including dive shops, hotels, restaurants and pictures from the trips. 2008 Trips

Rangali Island Maldives November 14-25, 2008	Travel to the Indian Ocean and dive, relax and enjoy amazing service at the Conrad Rangali Island Resort and Spa in the Maldives island group.
Dominica July 2008	Travel to the island of Dominica in the Caribbean with SFDI dive club. Dive the outstanding and undiscovered waters, hike to an active volcano with a boiling lake, enjoy huge waterfalls and relax.
Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim June 19-23, 2008	The ultimate backpacking experience – a Grand Canyon rim-to-rim hike. This adventure starts on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon on the North Kaibab trail and ends on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon at the top of the Bright Angel trail.
Beqa Island - Lalati Resort and Spa, Fiji March 20-29, 2008	Fly into Nadi on the island of Viti Levu in the South Pacific Fiji island group. Travel by car and then boat to reach Beqa Island and the spectacular resort Lalati Resort and Spa. Dive, kayak, hike and enjoy a truly out of the way place.

2007 Trips

St Lucia - Martinique - Nov 15-24 2007	Travel to St. Lucia to pick up a 51' Catamaran. Sail around St. Lucia and Martinique enjoying fine food, beautiful water and great diving.
Exumas Bahamas - Sept 1 - 9, 2007	Travel with SFDI dive club to the Bahamas and catch the live aboard dive trip on the Aqua Cat to the Exumas. Enjoy pristine dive sites, awesome walls, ripping currents and lots of fish.
St. Croix US Virgin Islands - Aug 22 - 28, 2007	Travel to St Croix and stay at the Buccaneer Hotel, dive the walls off Salt Creek and the beautiful reefs, sail to Buck Island.
Hollywood Florida - Aug 24 - 27, 2007	Florida Lobster season - diving to catch a tasty meal!
Safford - Alpine Arizona - July 31 - Aug 1 2007	Camping, hiking trip to North-Central-Eastern Arizona. Included Calvin Coolidge Dam, the monstrous Morenci open pit mine, the high mountains between Clifton and Eagar.
Florida Keys - April 20 - June 16, 2007	Staying in Tavernier in the Florida Keys to do some sailing, diving, kayaking, biking.
Papua New Guinea - March 13-18, 2007	After the Taka Australia trip, fly to Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea. Travel by car and boat to secluded Loloata Island. New wild country with diving from Loloata Island.
Great Barrier Reef, Australia - March 9-12, 2007	After spending time in Brisbane, travel to Cairns to board the Taka Live Aboard Dive boat for a trip to the Coral Sea. Enjoy many different dive spots including Osprey Reef and Code Hole along with shark dives.
Charleston, SC - Feb 25-28, 2007	Enjoy a nice mid-winter break in this classic South Carolina town with old buildings, great food and interesting sites.
Vienna, Austria - Jan 22-26, 2007	Visit one of, if not, the most beautiful city in Europe again.
Casa Grande, AZ Century Ride - Jan 7, 2007	Metric century bike ride loop between southern Phoenix Metro area and Casa Grande. Great January ride in the desert.

2006 Trips

St. Lucia - Dec 23-31, 2006	Sailing, diving and hiking on my favorite island in the Caribbean. What can be better than Christmas diving on a beautiful reef ?
Manchester, London and Vienna - Dec 6-17, 2006	Manchester United game and then to expensive London. Then on to the beautiful and historic city of Vienna with a trip to the opera.
Trinidad - Tobago - Nov 18-24, 2006	Finished my trek from Puerto Rico through all the islands to finally reach the coast of Venezuela. Trinidad is a big populated island but Tobago remains a gem - good diving, some sailing and great food.
Melbourne - Hamilton Island, Australia - Oct 21-29, 2006	Back to Australia for the second trip of the year. Hamilton Island in the Whitsunday's is a good place and the diving was ok around these island. Farther out on the reef is better diving.
Tour de Scottsdale October 15 2006	Great 70 mile charity ride through the desert towns around north Scottsdale.
Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico - Oct 5-9, 2006	A nice weekend trip to the historic and very pretty towns of Taos and Santa Fe. Both towns have beautiful squares with shops and restaurants. Many historical places to see and enjoy.
Grand Canyon - Sept 16-18, 2006	Hike and see all the Grand Canyon has to offer. Helicopter trip provided a great view of parts of the Canyon you do not see any other way.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines - May 2006	Great sailing and diving starting in St Vincent, stopping in many of the Grenadines then on to Carriacou and Grenada. 10 days of great dives and islands. Also a quick stop in St Lucia and Barbados. Trip Pictures
Cannes, France - April 2006	First trip to the Mediterranean - beautiful but expensive place.
Sydney then Cairns, Australia - March 2006	First trip to the Great Barrier for a short 3 day live aboard on the reef. Great for a first trip and a short schedule.

2005 Trips
Utila, Honduras - December 2005 - January 2006	A great diving trip to the island of Utila where we saw and swam with whale sharks and dolphins. Good information on the island if you are planning a trip.
Havasupai - September 2005	3 night backpacking trip in the remote Northwestern Arizona desert to the land of towering waterfalls and blue water. The blue water and the falls in this area must be seen to be believed!
BVI Sailing - February 2005	7 day sailing and diving in the beautiful British Virgin Islands. Information on dining, sailing courses, the islands we visited and the diving sites. If your going or want to go - you should see this information.
2004 Trips
Jackson Hole, Wyoming December 2004	Travel to ski the wilds of Wyoming.
Tuamotu Islands and Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moreau September 2004	Travel to mythic Tahiti islands in the South Pacific. Take a short hop over to the Tuamotu islands for the Aggressor Live-a-board to dive the untouched reefs and passes in these remote islands. Return to Tahiti and visit Bora Bora and Moreau islands for more diving and great over the water hotels.

2003 Trips
Antigua - November 22-29, 2003	Travel to this British island legendary for sailing, beaches, diving and a great time.
SABA - October 11-17, 2003	Another great diving and hiking trip with Mike of Saba Deep. Great shark action and the blue water diving Saba is famous for.
Grand Canyon National Park - Rim to Rim - September 2003	The ultimate backpacking experience – a Grand Canyon rim-to-rim hike. This adventure starts on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon on the North Kaibab trail and ends on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon at the top of the Bright Angel trail.
Yosemite National Park, California - July 2003	Travel to the beautiful granite hills of Northeastern California to see amazing waterfalls, huge trees and hike in clear air.
San Carlos, Mexico - July 2003, August 2003	Travel to dive in San Carlos to see whales, whale sharks, dolphins and sea lions. Diving in the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez was a great change of pace.
Key West, Florida - June 2003	Travel to Key West but found terrible diving, limited visibility and little color. Much better diving higher up in the Keys but Key West can party! AVOID Reef Raider Dive Shop - business practices are very poor!
BLACK MESA LOOP, Arizona - June 2003	Black Mesa Loop is a great hike in the Superstition mountains of Arizona. This 10 mile loop take you through beautiful desert vistas and provides unique view of Weaver's Needle.
CURACAO and BONAIRE - May 2003	Curacao and Bonaire, in the Dutch Leeward Islands, surprises everyone with it's great diving, fine food and relaxed atmosphere. This trip provided lots of information and photos about these islands.
SABA - December 2002 - January 2003	The Dutch Windward Island of Saba provided an excellent diving and hiking trip. This link includes everything you need to know if you are considering Saba and contains many photos.
