Overview

Located in the beautiful hill side community of Black Rock Ridge, close enough (8 min drive) to everything Park City has to offer, without the crowds and traffic of Old Town. The spacious private driveway and two car garage provides out of the weather parking and easy property access. Inside, the property is beautifully furnished and appointed in the Mountain Modern style including a great kitchen with new top of the line Thermador appliances, quartz waterfall counter tops, sit at counter, 2 large living spaces and a roomy dining area. The three bedrooms each have their own bathroom and large closets. With two separate patios providing relaxing mountain views, this property delivers a great space for your vacation.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS – up to 6 adults)

Main Floor

The split entry way leads up to the open main floor containing the Dining room with a table for up to 8 people, the Living room with a fireplace and QLED Smart TV, the Kitchen with counter seating for 4. The main floor also contains the Laundry room with a washer and dryer, a hallway full Bathroom, an Office – Bedroom and the unique Master Bedroom suite.

Upon entering the main floor, the vaulted ceilings with a center exposed beam provide the setting for the dining and living areas. Next you are drawn to a beautiful floor to ceiling stone-faced gas fireplace with 4 comfortable chairs, stylish love seat and a round coffee table where you can enjoy the QLED SmartTV. The adjacent dining area includes a gorgeous wood table that seats up to 8 people comfortably with the provided leaf. The front patio provides a natural gas BBQ and offers outdoor seating with amazing views of the Wasatch Mountains and the local ski areas.

Entertaining will be effortless in the completely updated, well-equipped kitchen with all new, top of the line Thermador appliances that includes a large refrigerator and freezer, a dual fuel range – gas for the cook top and electric for the oven, a microwave and a quiet dishwasher. The large kitchen island and counter top has distinctive pendant lights over the beautiful waterfall quartz top and a custom designed backsplash with under cabinet lights. The sit at counter top provides a convenient space for up to 4 people.

Across from the kitchen is the enclosed laundry area with a washer and dryer. Continuing down the hall a full bathroom provides a tub/shower combination with a custom single sink vanity with a gray quartz top. Next is the office – bedroom that has a queen size Murphy bed, a desk and a great custom closet.

Our update includes an exclusively redesigned Master bedroom that uniquely opens up the bath area to outside light, creating a bright space for the master vanity with dual sinks, a spacious custom shower, a separate water closet plus a beautiful custom walk in closet with the entire area enjoying heated flooring.  The bedroom has vaulted ceilings with an exposed beam, a beautiful wood king size bedroom set with an iComfort mattress and unique bedding plus a QLED SmartTV.  The patio off the master provides relaxed seating and a propane fire pit with uphill views.

LOWER LEVEL

On the lower level, the garage provides indoor parking for 2 cars and storage for your skis and equipment. The entry from the garage is a great area to sit down and drop off your snowy shoes and boots. 

A second large downstairs living area features a custom L-shaped sectional and 2 zero gravity bean bag chairs plus a sizeable cement and wood coffee table. A beautiful 75” QLED SmartTV provides the focus for all your entertainment and streaming needs.  This area is like your own movie theater.

The spacious bedroom on this level features a distinctive wood king size bed incorporating a seat as part of the foot-board along with 2 cedar lined drawers for convenient storage. The iComfort mattress and luxurious bedding makes sleeping a real comfort. A custom walk-in closet has all the storage space you will need plus this room has it’s own QLED SmartTV for your bedtime entertainment. 

A full bathroom with tub/shower combination, a custom single vanity with a gray quartz counter top is located just outside the door in the hallway.
